Many of our musicians are also music teachers, some at their own private music studios, others at various public schools in Markham, Unionville, Richmond Hill, Mississauga, Oakville, New Market and other GTA locations. Through weekly rehearsals, the Kindred Spirits Orchestra provides complementary on-going professional development opportunities, networking events, and performing opportunities both in the community and in the finest concert halls throughout the Greater Toronto Area. The Kindred Spirits Orchestra also provides music teachers with opportunities to work with internationally renowned conductors and soloists, as well as to perform as soloists in various ensembles, and with the orchestra.
